Training at your facility

Any of our training classes can be brought to your facilty; it has many benefits over open seminars.

  • No Travel for employees --- which saves money, no accomodations needed.
  • Flexibility --- Classes can begin and end at any time of day that can accomodate different shifts.
  • Multiple Groups ---- Different shifts can rotate between work and class. Split class days for shifts.
  • Weekend/Evening Classes ---- Weekend/Evening  classes can eliminate short staffing whlie class is in session.
  • Customized Classes ---- Classes can be customized to meet your needs.
  • Group Rates --- We offer group rates for groups of 10 or more.

SLC 500 Family of PLCs/RsLogix 500

CLASSES TAUGHT BY THE PLC PROFESSOR

HANDS ON REAL PLCs...NO SIMULATORS

2 STUDENTS WILL SHARE A LAPTOP/PLC...10 STUDENT LIMIT PER CLASS...MULTIPLE SESSIONS CAN BE ARRANGED FOR MORE STUDENTS..

EACH STUDENT WILL RECEIVE A WORKBOOK WRITTEN BY THE PLC PROFESSOR

This is a 4 day class:

ControlLogix/CompactLogix Family of PLCs/RsLogix 5000 - CLASSES TAUGHT BY THE PLC PROFESSOR

HANDS ON REAL PLCs...NO SIMULATORS

2 STUDENTS WILL SHARE A LAPTOP/PLC...10 STUDENT LIMIT PER CLASS...MULTIPLE SESSIONS CAN BE ARRANGED FOR MORE STUDENTS..

This is a 4 day class:

The 5 day workshop combines Ladder Diagrams and Schematics for Maintenance Technicians, Motor Controls for Maintenance Technicians and Troubleshooting for Maintenance Technicians to form a 5 day class.

We bring the "Factory into the Classroom" with our customized training equipment and Hand-On Exercises.

This Course provides a solid understanding of how to navigate, use and apply the National Electrical Code as it applies to maintenance technicians.
This course was developed my maintenance technicians. With easy to understand explanations of the code and calculations by an experience technician, this course is a must to maintain a safe, reliable electrical system.

This course is 50% Hand-On.

Each student will receive a current National Electrical Code book.

“We Bring the Factory into the Classroom”

This 4 day class combines Motor Controls for Maintenance Technicians and Ladder Diagrams and Schematics for Maintenance Technicians to form a 4 day class.

This 2 Day course helps technicians understand, follow and troubleshoot motor control circuits. It also gives them an understanding of how components work and how to determine if they are bad. This will save the company money by only changing the bad parts. 

We bring the "Factory into the Classroom" with our customized training equipment and Hand-On Exercises.

In order for technicians to work on electrical systems, they must be able to understand and follow ladder diagrams and schematics. This course gives a complete understanding of the different types of electrical drawings and how to apply them in the field.

This course is 80% Hands-On.

This 4-day workshop combines Basic Electricity for Maintenance Technicians and National Electrical Code for Maintenance Technicians to form this workshop. 

This course is 90% Hands-On.

We use custom training equipment made to be just like the equipment on the floor.

These classes meet the mandated training requirements of OSHA 1910.332.

Participants will receive the 2015 edition of the NFPA 70E and a college textbook.

2 Day class - STAND-ALONE CLASS - NO CERTIFICATION - CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE ONLY

Electrical Arc Flash Safety
3 Day class - ArcSafe Certification

Electrical Arc Flash Safety - 2 Days
Meter Safety - NOT A STAND-ALONE CLASS ARCSAFE CERTIFICATION CLASS ONLY- 1 Day

Students will gain a basic understanding of how electricity works, the basics of electricity generation and delivery. Starting with easy to understand analogies of fundamentals of electricity, then proper terminology used in the electrical trade.

Students will get a firm understanding of electrical theory and how to apply it on the job.

This course is 50% Hand-On.

We use our own custom built training equipment designed to maximize student learning.
