This section shows some of the equipment you and your employees would expect to see in our classes.

There are NO OTHER TRAINING COMPANIES that have this type of equipment.

We use real off the shelf products that you and your employees are familiar with, and use our years of field experience to create a factory experience in our classes.

Equipment

This Trainer will be used inall of our PLC classes.

 

A universal I/O simulator with six multipurpose input simulators and six highly visible output simulators:

This field device simulator can be integrated with any controller, any size and any brand.

1. Six multipurpose input field device simulators:

Multi-state simulator; using a selector switch or a pushbutton alone can be awkward to operate when exercising your logic in the controller.

This trainer may be used in some of our plc classes, when needed.

A universal I/O simulator with four multipurpose input simulators and two multipurpose output simulators. This field device simulator can be integrated with any controller, any size and any brand.

For most learning activities, a potentiometer will suffice to simulate an analog input value.

We "Bring the Factory into the Classroom" with this Motor Controls Troubleshooting Panel.

This is the first in a series of panels we use in our Troubleshooting Workshop.

This Troubleshooting Panel is custom made by us to give the student troubleshooting experiences that they may face out on the floor.

Students may troubleshoot using the resistance scale on their meter and/or the voltage scale on their meter.

There are more than 30 selectable faults for the student to troubleshoot and find. These faults can be changed on the fly by the instuctor.

This Trainer will be used in the Troubleshooting PLC Control Systems for Maintenance Technicians - RSLogix 5000 Classes.

This trainer will be used in the Troubleshooting PLC Control Systems for Maintenance Technicians - RSLogix 500 classes.

 

Stop replacing electric motors that are still good! This simulator will train students to troubleshoot electric motors the right way!

When the 4 in 1 Electric Motor Troubleshooting Training Simulator is tested with meters it will simulate four separate common motor winding conditions.

1) A good wye wound motor stator coil

2) A shorted stator coil

3) An open stator coil

4) a ground fault leakage ( found only with a megaohmeter).

These are the most common failures found in three phase motors used in industry today!

This is our custom Motor Controls Work Station

It has 4 Lighted pushbuttons with NO and NC contacts on each

It will accomidate wide range of electrical parts and equipment by way of DIN rail mounting
